STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!My 73 yr old mom signed for $105,000 worth of insurance work back in Aug. 2023 and has had nothing but issues and the work still isn't done as of July 2024. He is very slow to deliver services but is quick to want payment. He has lots of excuses too. He never pulled permits for the roofing and siding work. The roof leaked right after being reroofed. The siding is buckling and bubbling in many spots. She contracted for "Dutch Lap" siding but standard lap siding was installed. He claims she changed it last minute but has no records proving she did and she says she never changed anything. The downspouts were not installed as they were before the damage. Her damaged sunroom was torn off the house in mid April and still has not been put back up yet. He subcontracts most things out. Even the roofing contractor he used for mom's job told us he will never do another job for him because of how he does business. We have talked to many others who are having issues with this place too.Save yourself the headache and find someplace else.

SCAMMER likes to prey on elderly women. Sense of entitlement I guess. Well I have some pretty reliable information on this owner from one of his workers. Just saying he’s definitely a looser. I wonder what his family thinks about him screwing people over. Keep up the good work sir!!! 😂😂

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Paul the owner is crook! You will get the sweet talk and then silence. He will give you the run around on things. He has my money and I have hired an attorney. Work never done. He demanded all my money upfront to start the job that never happened. Must have used the money to go on one of many vacations he has taken. See you in court!

Affordable Construction replaced our roof June 2. After stripping the old roof they used a blower which blew nails and debris through the skylights openings onto our dog and brand new living room floor and furniture. Later in the day they broke our skylight sending glass all over our living room leaving glass in our new furniture and marks in our new coffee table. They "replaced" the broken skylight which does not fit and match like the original. So now we have two unmatching skylights next to each other on our roof. Had other roofers inspect them and discovered it wasn't mounted into the roof, just a piece they nailed on top of the broken one. After they did nothing and left us vulnerable to more water damage we were forced to hire another contractor to properly replace the skylight. They have had our insurance check for the siding since May 2023 and we have received nothing but a run around as to when it will get installed. Nationwide contacted them for answers and they did not return calls or emails. They advised us to contact an attorney. As of January 2024 they still hold our insurance money for the siding.
